Introduction
The IHD mobile app consists of two distinct views:
Manager view
Accessible by users with administrator or manager level access
Provides both summary and detailed view of current orders
Ability to manually assign, reassign and redispatch orders, create orders, as well as request refunds
Driver view
Accessible by employees with the driver role
Informs drivers of assigned orders and delivery offers
Provides all information required to successfully deliver assigned orders, include directions and delivery instructions
Switching between views
By default, users with administrator or manager level access will be presented with the manager view within the IHD mobile app.
Some locations may have managers/administrators who also perform deliveries, requiring them to switch into the driver view
To access the driver view, managers will need to navigate to Settings and toggle the Driver Mode to ON.
Click Let's go to switch into driver mode. You can then view all of your assigned orders.
To switch back to manager mode, navigate to the menu and toggle Driver Mode to OFF.
