Introduction
By default, when users log in to InhouseDelivery on their computer they will land on the Live map screen. This view shows all current and recently completed deliveries on a map.
A full listing of deliveries, both current and historical, can also be viewed from the Orders screen
Navigation
Select Live map from the top menu.
Map
The map is centered around the location of the restaurant, which is represented by a restaurant pin.
Multiple restaurants can also be selected at a time.
All delivery addresses are represented with a circular pin, which displays the customer's name and address when hovered over.
Any drivers who are assigned to an order are represented with a red pin. The driver's name and DSP are displayed when hovered over.
The map can be zoomed in/out and recentered as required. Data is refreshed every 60 seconds.
List view
A list view is displayed on the lefthand side of the map. Here, three categories are listed:
Dispatch (all orders pending dispatch, pending manager action or awaiting assignment)
Enroute (all orders in a picking up or dropping off status)
Recent (recently completed orders, with a status of Delivered. Also includes Canceled and Returned orders. These will disappear from the list view after 90 minutes).
Each order shows the current status; order number; and customer name and address.
Active orders also have the current ETA shown, while completed orders display the completion time.
Click an order to bring the restaurant location, customer address, and driver (if available) into focus on the live map.
