Hide or Remove Third-Party Marketplaces from Your Google Business Profile

Once you’ve set your online ordering page as the preferred ordering link, you can hide or remove other third-party providers (like DoorDash, Grubhub, UberEats, etc.) if:

  • You’re verified as the business owner, and

  • You have a direct ordering link (like SkyTab Online) connected to your profile

If third-party links are still showing on your Google profile, you can either:

  • Toggle them off under Food ordering > Manage online ordering, or

  • Submit a removal request to Google Support

Request Removal via Google Support

If the toggles are unavailable or not working, follow these steps:

  1. Click Fix an issueOnline food ordering

  2. Select Remove third-party ordering options

  3. Fill out the request form with your business details

📌 Here’s a template you can use when submitting your request:

Subject: Request to Remove Third-Party Marketplaces from Google Food Ordering

Business Name: {Business Name}

Google Business Profile Link: {Paste the URL from profile}

Location Address: {Business address}

Message:

Hello,

I am the verified owner of {Business Name}, and I would like to request the removal of third-party food ordering platforms (such as DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, etc.) from our Google Business “Order Online” button.

We offer direct online ordering through {Direct Ordering Provider Name – e.g., SkyTab Online}, and prefer that customers place orders directly with us to ensure accuracy, better pricing, and better service.

Please let us know once the third-party ordering links have been removed or if any additional steps are required on our end.

Thank you,

Remove a Specific Provider Manually

If a specific third-party link still appears:

  1. Go to Business Profile > Food ordering

  2. Choose the third-party provider link > Remove link

📌 Note: Google requires providers to remove third-party links within 5 business days after a request. If that doesn’t happen, you can report a violation through the same support page.
