Self-delivery settings

Choose how self-delivery is used within your restaurant.

The self-delivery settings enable locations to limit the area their own employees can deliver to, and how many deliveries they can be assigned concurrently.

Click the 'Settings' icon on the top menu.

Self-Delivery Location filtering

Self-Delivery Settings are defined per location. Administrators have access to all locations; managers will only see the locations they’ve been given access to.

  1. click Settings in the top right corner.

  2. click the arrownext to the location name > select the location you want to manage from the list.

Self-delivery/My Driver Settings

Click on My driver settings in the Settings menu. These settings only apply to your drivers and do not apply to third-party drivers.

Self-Delivery Maximum deliveries

  • Set the maximum number of deliveries a driver can be assigned at a time.

Self-Delivery Driver response time

Define the number of minutes a driver has to accept or reject a delivery offer before it is sent to the next best driver.

Self-Delivery Delivery Area

Specify where your drivers can deliver. Set the maximum radius in miles from your business location using the Circle option.

The Shape option which enabled drawing delivery boundaries is now a deprecated feature. It relied on a GoogleMaps API that has been deprecated.
Merchants already using this feature may continue though they will not be able to edit.
