Settings allow managers to define how they would like each restaurant to operate.

The self-delivery settings enable locations to limit the area their own employees can deliver to, and how many deliveries they can be assigned concurrently.

Navigation

Click the 'Settings' icon on the top menu.

Location filtering

Settings are defined per location. To manage settings, click Settings in the top right corner. Then click the arrownext to the location name in the top left and select the location you want to manage from the list.

Administrators have access to all locations; managers will only see the locations theyโ€™ve been given access to.

Self-delivery

Click on My driver settings in the Settings menu. These settings only apply to your drivers and do not apply to third-party drivers.

  • Maximum deliveries โ€“ Set the maximum number of deliveries a driver can be assigned at a time.

  • Driver response time โ€“ Define the number of minutes a driver has to accept or reject a delivery offer before it is sent to the next best driver.

  • Delivery area โ€“ Specify where your drivers can deliver. Options include setting an area type (such as Circle) and defining a maximum radius in miles.
